If unable to book, a ‘night’ minimum may apply.

• No unregistered guests permitted in the rooms.
• A valid and Guaranteeing Credit card must be provided when booking.
• Check-in is after 3 p.m. (check for earlier as rooms may not be ready).
• Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.  Late checkouts are subject to an additional fee.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 in a Double room, 2 in a Single. Our two bedroom Apartments have pull out couches and can accommodate more.
• Parking is free. Please notify us if you have a boat, trailer, or larger utility vehicles.
• We enforce a strict no-smoking policy in all of our units. There will be a $250 fee applied to the credit card on file if we detect odor in your room. You will be asked to leave immediately and there will be no refund of your balance.
• No candles allowed at any time.
• No pets allowed.
• We can assure your personal belongings are always safe with our staff. However, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of money or valuables not locked in your room.
• Prepaid guests may checkout early. Simply leave your key in your room and lock the door.
