Reservations
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
- First night is automatically charged to hold reservation.
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Occupancy
- Single Rooms: Maximum occupancy of 2 guests with one queen bed.
- Double Rooms: Maximum occupancy of 4 guests with two double beds.
Two-Bedroom Apartments
- Two-bedroom apartments require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- Weekly rates are available for extended stays. Please call us to book.
- Some two-bedroom apartments include a pull-out sofa and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- Discounted rates are available for extended stays. Please contact us for details.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Late check-outs must be arranged with the office in advance and are subject to availability.
- Guests with prepaid reservations may simply leave their room key in the office when checking out.
Policies
- We are a smoke-free property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Smoking, vaping, or the use of candles inside any room is strictly prohibited.
- A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking or candle use is detected in a guest room.
- Pets are not permitted.
- All visitors and unregistered guests must check in at the office before entering the property.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items.
Parking
- Complimentary parking is available for guest vehicles.
- Additional fees apply for boats, campers, and electric charging.
