Cancellation policy: Singles and Doubles 72 hours. 2 Bedroom Apartments require a minimum of 7 days notice.

• Check-in time is 3 p.m. Earlier may be requested.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Late checkouts can be addressed and depending on the time, there may be an additional fee.
• A valid and Guaranteeing Credit card must be provided when booking.
• No unregistered guests permitted in the rooms past 10:00 p.m.
• Parking is free. Please notify us if you have a boat, trailer, or larger utility vehicles. (We offer a boat charging station for a fee.)
• We enforce a strict no-smoking policy. There will be a $250 fee applied to the credit card on file if we detect odor in your room. You will be asked to leave immediately and there will be no refund of your balance.
• We can assure your personal belongings are always safe with our staff. However, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of money or valuables not locked in your room.
• Prepaid guests may checkout early. Simply leave your key in your room and lock the door.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 in a Double room, 2 in a Single. Our two bedroom Apartments have pull out couches and can accommodate more.
• No candles allowed.
• No pets allowed.
